Toddler Time for Chinese-speaking families - Brighouse Library
學費 / Price Free · 免費English, Cantonese and Mandarin Parent stays
Richmond has four free weekly drop-ins where little ones hear and use Cantonese. Toddler Time for Chinese-speaking families runs at Brighouse Library on Tuesday mornings, at Cambie Library on Wednesday afternoons and at the Seedlings hub on No. 3 Road on Friday mornings, for ages 10 months to 2 years. Touchstone Family Association runs a parent-and-child drop-in for ages 0–6 at Walter Lee Elementary on Mondays and Wednesdays. All four are led in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, so they suit families who use more than one language at home. A grown-up stays with the child, and there's nothing to pay.

No. All four mix Cantonese, Mandarin and English. For a group run in Cantonese, the nearest options on our map are the Cantonese Storytimes at Burnaby and New Westminster libraries.
Toddler Time is for ages 10 months to 2 years. Touchstone's drop-in takes ages 0–6. In Richmond, City Centre Community Centre's Cantonese Fun is a paid class for ages 4–5.
Its current schedule runs September to December 2026. Ask Touchstone about the new year.
